How do I place an order?

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards and Apple Pay.
I have a question regarding shipping.

Where do you ship your order from?

We ship all orders from our facility in Toronto.
Do you ship internationally?

We ship only to the US and Canada.
What couriers do you ship with?

We ship with UPS for all Canadian and US orders.
How long will it take to receive my order?

Standard domestic shipments take 2-4 business days to arrive. 
Do you pay tax and duty?

For orders shipping to the US, the order will be subject to duties and taxes upon receipt and payable by the customer. There is no duty on all Canadian orders.
Can I change or cancel my order?

Please contact Customer Care to edit or cancel your order within 2 hours of order being submitted. Once an order has left our facility, orders cannot be cancelled. 
How do I return my order?

Can I exchange for a different item?

Please use the UPS return label sent to your email. Once the item is received and confirmed we will issue the exchange. Please note for an exchange you will be sent an email to pay the additional exchange shipping fee as listed in our shipping policy. Once this has been paid you will receive an updated tracking number for your order. 

You can exchange items for those of a different value, with any price difference either refunded or charged accordingly. Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of your order delivery.

Items must not be worn, washed or damaged. After 14 days, we will no longer accept returns or exchanges.
Do I get the full refund on returned items?

We will refund you the full amount paid to LATIERRA.

Please note that all duty/taxes are non-refundable through LATIERRA.
International Pricing

International pricing is calculated according to the current rate of exchange between the US currency on our website and the local currency of the specified shipping destination. We reserve the right to update such exchange rates regularly at our sole discretion, and you acknowledge that such updates may affect product pricing on the website
Where are your items produced?

All of our apparel is produced in Peru.
